لك أن تطلب حذف بياناتك الشخصية من موقع Ai Square وتطبيقاتها وخدماتها في أي وقت. توضّح هذه الصفحة كيف تقدّم الطلب، وما يحدث بعده.

٠١نطاق هذه الصفحة

تسري هذه الصفحة على موقع Ai Square وعلى تطبيقاتها وخدماتها الرقمية، بما فيها التطبيقات التي تسجّل الدخول إليها بحسابك في فيسبوك أو Google أو Apple. وتُقرأ مع سياسة الخصوصية.

٠٢كيف تطلب حذف بياناتك

  1. اضغط «اطلب حذف بياناتك»؛ تُفتح صفحة التواصل وفيها نص الطلب مكتوب مسبقاً.
  2. أكمل في الرسالة اسم التطبيق أو الخدمة، والبريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الجوال المرتبط بحسابك، ثم أرسلها.
  3. أو اتصل بنا على 920007448 واطلب حذف بياناتك.

لا يلزمك تقديم سبب للطلب، ولا يترتب عليه أي رسوم.

٠٣ما يحدث بعد طلبك

  • نتحقق من أن الطلب صادر منك، حمايةً لبياناتك من طلبات الغير.
  • نحذف بياناتك الشخصية من أنظمتنا وتطبيقاتنا خلال ٣٠ يوماً كحد أقصى من تأكيد الطلب، ومنها بيانات حسابك وما ارتبط به من تسجيل الدخول عبر فيسبوك أو Google أو Apple.
  • نُشعرك بإتمام الحذف عبر وسيلة التواصل التي استخدمتها.

٠٤ما قد نحتفظ به

لا نحتفظ بعد الحذف إلا بما توجب الأنظمة حفظه — كالسجلات المحاسبية والضريبية — وللمدة النظامية فقط، وبالبيانات المجهّلة أو المجمّعة التي لا يُستدل منها على شخصك. وقد تبقى نسخ في النسخ الاحتياطية المشفّرة إلى أن تُستبدل دورياً، دون أن تُستخدم في أي معالجة.

٠٥إلغاء ربط فيسبوك وغيره

إن سجّلت الدخول إلى أحد تطبيقاتنا بحسابك في فيسبوك، يمكنك إلغاء ربطه:

  1. افتح «الإعدادات والخصوصية» ثم «الإعدادات» في فيسبوك.
  2. اختر «التطبيقات ومواقع الويب».
  3. حدّد تطبيق Ai Square، ثم اختر «إزالة».

إزالة التطبيق توقف وصوله إلى حسابك في فيسبوك، ولا تحذف ما لدينا من بيانات؛ لحذفها أرسل الطلب كما في البند ٠٢. ويمكنك إلغاء الربط بالطريقة نفسها من إعدادات حسابك في Google أو Apple. وقد تختلف أسماء القوائم قليلاً بحسب إصدار التطبيق.

ENUser Data Deletion

You can ask Ai Square to delete your personal data from our website, apps and digital services at any time. This applies to all Ai Square apps, including apps you sign in to with Facebook, Google or Apple, and is read together with our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

  1. Click Request data deletion. Our contact page opens with the request already written.
  2. Add the app or service name and the email address or phone number linked to your account, then send it.
  3. Or call us on 920007448 and ask for your data to be deleted.

No reason is needed, and there is no fee.

What happens next

  • We check that the request comes from you, to protect your data from requests by others.
  • We delete your personal data from our systems and apps within 30 days of confirming the request, including your account data and any Facebook, Google or Apple sign-in linked to it.
  • We confirm the deletion through the channel you used.

What we may keep

Only what the law requires us to keep, such as accounting and tax records, for the required period only; and anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you. Encrypted backups are overwritten on a regular cycle and are never used for processing.

Removing our app from Facebook

  1. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
  2. Open Apps and websites.
  3. Select the Ai Square app and choose Remove.

Removing the app stops its access to your Facebook account; it does not delete the data we hold. To delete it, send a request as above. You can unlink our apps the same way in your Google or Apple account settings.
